Compensation Disclosure

Beach & O’Neill Insurance Associates receives compensation from insurers for its professional services in the form of commissions, which consist of a percentage of the premium collected by the insurers. We also receive income in the form of brokerage fees, marketing fees, or program administration fees for policies placed through special programs, insurance wholesalers, general agents, or other brokerage markets. In cases where Beach & O’Neill Insurance Associates is compensated in the form of commissions from insurers, we may receive additional compensation under agreements with one or more insurers, insurance intermediaries, associations, or premium finance companies typically in the form of contingent commissions, bonuses, or fees based on some combination of volume, profitability, loss ratio performance, or other factors. Beach & O’Neill Insurance Associates may be a party to other compensatory agreements with one or more of the insurers, insurance intermediaries, premium finance companies or special associations with, or through, which we place your insurance, or finance your insurance premium. Beach & O’Neill Insurance Associates may receive interest paid to us by financial institutions earned on fiduciary or trust accounts in which we hold your premium payments pending remittance to the insurance company. At your request, Beach & O’Neill Insurance Associates will be pleased to supply further details of any such compensation plan that relates to your account.
